Items ship via USPS will have a tracking number that will be emailed to you shortly after you make your order. Typically, you should receive your item within 2 to 8 business days. 

Please note that some items have different shipping dates, these include:

  • Prints typically take 3 to 5 days to ship.



We have a 30 day no questions asked return policy whereby you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return or exchange your item. If you paid for the original shipping cost this will also be reimbursed. To return your product, you should email customer service at

Handmade jewelry, prints, custom made cell phone cases and personalized gifts unfortunately cannot be returned since they are made to order. Please provide your order number to help us process your refund as quickly as possible. Unfortunately return shipping costs are not reimbursable.


Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and are processing your returned item.

When your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please feel free to contact us at at any point if you have any issues with receiving your refund.
